Order & Delivery Overview
1. Placing an Order
When you place an order, please make sure your billing, shipping, contact, and payment information is accurate and complete.
After an order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation containing the available order details.
2. Processing
Processing Time: 1–3 business days. Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is successfully placed.
3. Shipping
Standard shipping is free for orders over $34.90.
Estimated delivery time is generally 10–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier operations, destination conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
If a cancellation is successfully completed before shipment, the order will receive a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled under this cancellation provision. If applicable, you may instead request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Proof of purchase is required.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For preference-based returns, such as a change of mind or ordering an item that is no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.
If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, Iruneya will work with the customer on an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution without charging the customer additional return costs.
7. Return Warehouse
Returns must not be sent to the business registration address shown above.
After a return request is approved, Iruneya will provide or confirm the applicable return instructions and warehouse information.
8. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
After Iruneya processes the refund, the time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos or other supporting information.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return arrangement at no additional cost for the customer.
