Return & Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Iruneya. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how to request one, and when refunds are processed.
Return Overview
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
2. Return Eligibility
To generally qualify for a return, items should meet the following conditions:
- The return is requested within 14 days after delivery.
- The item is unused.
- The item remains in its original packaging.
- The item is in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is available.
3. How to Request a Return
Before sending an item back, please contact service@iruneya.com.
Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also provide clear photos or other relevant information.
Do not send a return before receiving return instructions from our customer service team.
4. Preference-Based Returns
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, no longer want the item, selected an unsuitable item, or for another preference- based reason, the customer is responsible for the applicable return shipping cost.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us with your order number and supporting photos or information.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return arrangement without charging the customer additional return costs.
6. Return Warehouse
Return Warehouse:
3/F, Building A, Factory Building, Heyu Industrial Zone, Zancheng Community, Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, China.
Important: Please do not send returns to the business registration address. Return shipments should only be sent according to the return instructions provided after your request is approved.
7. Return Inspection
Once the returned item is received, it will be reviewed to confirm that it meets the applicable return conditions.
8. Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
After the refund has been processed by Iruneya, the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Successfully cancelled orders receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available under this provision, but you may contact us regarding a return if the order qualifies.
